She's going through pretty hard labor already, and almost went to the hospital 3 times in the last week. She's had to take madicine to stop the contractions. In one week, they will no longer give her medicine to stop the contractions. As for whether or not she will have started to efface in two weeks, chances are she has, they just haven't looked recently.
